Breakthroughs

We are literal stardust, a replica of the universe.

Formed of the elements of the earth, we experience the rhythms of the seasons at our most visceral levels. Though we may be unconscious of our response to nature’s new cadence, our body knows. Spring has come, “the season of absolutes, of taking root, of pushing forth into life. There are no in-betweens: you blossom or you die. Spring is assertive as the seedling explodes out of the ground…” (Eden, Energy Medicine, p. 292).

Deep in a long, long winter, I did not dream of ever blossoming. I licked the ground. Again and (really?) again. Slowly I wiped my mouth and dusted off my knees. Again and then again. Where in your life are you feeling the season of beginnings and breakthroughs? What new reality beckons? What are you creating or recreating? You are not riding hospitable circumstances. Your dreams have startled you awake, and you find yourself driving against gravity, seeing how far you can climb. I’ve attended networking events, met wonderful people this month, noted what I could improve in my delivery. My new (intellectual) crush entrepreneur Chris Do says we win, or we learn. I’ve been learning every day, pushing into the unfamiliar. After what feels like a lifetime underground, I greet myself to do what I have done for others on the page, helping them find their clearest, truest self along the way.

  1. Helping others on the road to success must be extraordinarily gratifying. The earth/body chart is super interesting-thanks for including it. Good luck to you and to those who you aid to “find their clearest, truest self….” 🙂

    1. Thank you, Vanessa. I found it! Could you tell me if you got the post by email? Or was it the Reader? You saw the paragraphs beneath the table where I mentioned what I’ve been up to? All that text disappeared live for a bit and vanished from the editor —Tech Support is perplexed (never a good thing).

Yes, it sounds like you read the post, but I’m checking that what you got did not stop at the table because that’s all I see in my editor.

  2. We are made up of so many things that work together and give us our heartbeat that beats alongside time…

Glad to hear you are seeing and feeling your breakthrough, D. Things always come around… Great to see you again in my Reader 😊

  3. There’s something primordial about Spring but I’m beyond the age of absolutes and into the mellow art of being kind to myself. Trust me -it’s not easy! Nice to see you again.

  4. It’s good to see you back again, D: Exploring, expanding your horizons, and sharing. Licking the ground isn’t much fun, or very productive either, although it bring you closer to Mother Earth. Grin.

    1. Ha ha ha. Yes, been a long time since I caught those quips here. Correct. That is not quite the way I’d like to connect with nature. I’m gittin’ up to catch up to you on the exploring and productive living, CM.

  5. Indeed, it’s very nice to read your writing again.

I suppose, people who stay somewhat close to the earth, feel the change of seasons strongly. I know I do.

Sometimes, our perception and interpretation of reality make everything appear much worse that it is. We cannot see all things as struggle. Oversensitivity is a trait of character nowadays, but when we look back at what has happened and how we managed that, we still see ourselves as very much alive and able to cope.

Spring is the new start, new beginnings, new readiness to stand up, always. I agree change of seasons is rooted deeply in every cell of us.

Wishing you good spring and finding easy new path to whatever your intentions lead you to!

      1. Your voice has been missed. I understand, as mine went silent around 2019 and then almost permanently in late 2021 in hospital. I haven’t found mine again as yet. I’m glad you have.

      2. Oh, Jeff. I am so sorry to hear. Thank you for sharing. I wouldn’t discount your voice so readily. You sounded crystal clear and sure in your last post. =) But yes, life indeed is fragile. You are welcome to write me if you’d like to discuss your blogging. holisticwayfarer at gmail. Diana

  6. To see you picking up the pen again and sharing your thoughts is a perfect gift this morning, D. Thank you. Your heart beats with us all, in tune with the world and the universe(s) we live in. I’m not sure if there is a better feeling than stepping back into the light after a lifetime underground 😊!

  7. God made us from the dust of the earth. Yet He placed an eternal soul inside each of us. We strive against the bonds of this earth, often defeated by them. But defeat is temporary. God never leaves us there. Rise up, Diana. ❤

  8. Thanks fort he reminder Holistic that we are truly “…beautifully and wonderfully made…”, regardless of what I see looking back in the mirror 😊

Keep Looking Up ^ . . . His Best is Yet to Come!

  9. Indeed, Diana, it’s so good to see you back, and yes, you have been missed. I’ve been following you for years, but I resigned up because I didn’t get a notice of this post. Thank you for reminding us that we are so much a part of this earth. I needed this post today with everything that is going on in the world.

    1. Thank you for taking a moment, sweet friend, to read and fill me in on your thoughts. Water, earth, wood, metal, fire (heat) …we literally embody all the elements of nature. You are a masterpiece. *Big smile* Hug.
